28 Days Umrah Package Price from Karachi
On a four-week stay you spend twenty-seven nights in hotels, so the hotel level and its distance from the Haram decide most of the cost. The table below lists every hotel pair by level, from an Economy Umrah package with a shuttle to VIP hotels on the Haram boundary. Every package includes return flights from Karachi, Umrah visa, hotels in both cities and transport.

All prices are per person and given as a guide. An Umrah package price depends on travel dates and season, room sharing, hotel availability, the airfare on the day of booking, visa and Nusuk charges, and the rupee to riyal exchange rate. Your final price is confirmed only at the time of booking, in a written quote naming your hotels and flights. Ramzan, Eid and school holiday dates are quoted separately. Flying from another city? 28 Days Umrah Itinerary:
Twenty-eight days usually means twenty-seven hotel nights, split as about fourteen in Makkah and thirteen in Madinah. Many of our Karachi pilgrims prefer to end the month in Makkah, so we also offer a three-stay route: Makkah, then Madinah, then back to Makkah for the final days and a farewell Tawaf before flying home from Jeddah.
A Full Month of Ramzan in the Haram:
A 28 days package is the only length that covers almost the whole of Ramzan, from the first fast to the last ten nights. You pray every Taraweeh behind the imams of the Haram, break your fast in the mosque courtyard, and stay through Laylat al-Qadr. Depending on the moon, Eid ul Fitr may fall just after your stay, so tell us if you want to extend for the Eid prayer. Ramzan rates are the highest of the year and hotels near the Haram sell out early, so book five to six months ahead. Nusuk issues one Umrah permit per pilgrim during Ramzan. See our Ramadan Umrah packages for details.
Who a 28 Days Umrah Package Suits
A month away is a big commitment, and it works best for pilgrims whose time is their own. These are the travellers who book it most from Karachi.
Retired Parents and Elderly Pilgrims
For retired pilgrims, a month removes all rush. There are days to rest after a long walk, days for Ziyarat and days spent entirely in the mosque. Choose a hotel near the Haram so the daily routine stays easy in the third and fourth weeks, and travel with a family member if mobility is limited.
Pilgrims Who Want to Complete the Quran
The Quran has thirty juz, so reading a little more than one juz a day lets you finish a complete recitation within a 28-day stay. Many pilgrims on a month-long package aim to complete the Quran between Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi. The long stay also leaves time to sit in the study circles held in both mosques.
Day Trips a Month Allows
Shorter packages leave time for one quick Ziyarat tour in each city. Four weeks lets you visit every historic site at an easy pace, return to the ones that move you most, and add day trips beyond Makkah and Madinah. Ziyarat is not part of the Umrah rites, but walking where the early Muslims lived brings the seerah to life. Most tours run in the morning after Fajr, before the heat.
Ziyarat in Makkah and the Trip to Taif
In Makkah, the classic Ziyarat covers Jabal al-Nour, where the first revelation came to the Prophet ﷺ in the Cave of Hira, and Jabal Thawr, where he sheltered with Abu Bakr (RA) during the Hijrah. The route continues through the plains of Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat, with Jabal al-Rahmah and Masjid Namirah, and passes Jannat al-Mu’alla, where Sayyidah Khadijah (RA) is buried. Masjid al-Jinn and Masjid Aisha in Taneem, where pilgrims enter Ihram for another Umrah, are close to the Haram. With a free day, Taif is about two hours into the mountains. There you can visit Masjid Abdullah ibn Abbas, Masjid Addas, linked to the Prophet’s ﷺ visit to the city, and the cool heights of Al Hada, with rose and fruit farms in season. On request, we arrange the Makkah Ziyarat and the Taif trip with transport and a guide, and add them to your package on the dates you choose.
Ziyarat in Madinah and the Trip to Badr
In Madinah, begin at Masjid Quba, the first mosque built in Islam, where two rakat carry the reward of an Umrah. Visit Masjid al-Qiblatain, where the qiblah changed to the Kaaba, and Mount Uhud, where Sayyidina Hamzah (RA) and the martyrs of Uhud are buried. Near Masjid an-Nabawi are Jannat al-Baqi, resting place of many Companions and family members of the Prophet ﷺ, and Masjid al-Ghamamah, where he prayed for rain. A short drive away are the Seven Mosques beside the site of the Battle of the Trench and the date farms on the edge of the city. A full-day trip to Badr, about 150 km away, takes you to the site of the first battle of Islam and the graves of its martyrs. Pilgrims flying home through Jeddah can also spend a few hours in the old town of Al-Balad. On request, we arrange the Madinah Ziyarat and the Badr trip as part of your package, priced separately on your written quote.
Health and Medicines for a Month Away
If you take regular medicines for diabetes, blood pressure or heart disease, pack enough for the full four weeks plus a week extra, in their original boxes, with your prescription, and keep them in your hand luggage. Add a small kit of paracetamol for pain and fever, ORS, an antacid, cough syrup, blister plasters and a few face masks for the crowds. Diabetic pilgrims should also carry their glucose meter and a few dates during Tawaf. Some strong painkillers, such as those containing codeine or tramadol, are controlled in Saudi Arabia, so carry a prescription for them. If you fall ill, Ajyad Emergency Hospital sits beside Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, and the Ministry of Health runs health centres around Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah. The Umrah visa includes basic emergency health cover, but ask us about extra insurance if you have an existing condition, and see your doctor before you fly.
