- Application Acceptance: Submit applications from 9 AM to 12 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Passport Collection: Visas/Passports can be collected between 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
- In-Person Submission: Applicants must present themselves at the counter to submit the form.
- Properly Filled Form: Fill in all columns accurately and legibly using capital letters. Incomplete or unreadable forms will not be accepted.
- Previous Passports: Submit original previous passports, if applicable.
- Photographs: Affix two recent color photographs with a white background (passport size: 4.5 x 3.5 cms).
- Passport Photo Verification: The photo on the passport must match the applicant's current appearance.
- Specific Purpose: Obtain the appropriate visa for the intended purpose, such as visit, business, family, study, employment, or conference. Changing the purpose of the visit is not allowed.
- Truthful Information: Providing false or forged documents is disqualifying. Violation of visa rules or overstaying a visa leads to disqualification.
- Previous Visa Denials: Accurately disclose any past instances of visa denial.
- Flight Itinerary: Applicants must have flight itinerary/reservations.

Sri Lanka Tourist Visa
