28 Days Umrah Package Prices from Lahore for 2027
All four of our package tiers include return flights from Lahore, the Umrah visa, transport throughout the stay and hotels in both holy cities. The difference between them is mostly how far you walk to the Haram, and whether that walk means a shuttle bus or a few minutes on foot.
Lahore is one of the busiest Umrah departure points in the country, so travellers from Sheikhupura, Kasur, Gujranwala and Okara also start their journey here. If you are comparing options from other cities, our Umrah package from Pakistan range covers every major airport. Our 28 days Umrah packages from Pakistan page shows the same month-long stay from Karachi, Islamabad and beyond. For Lahore pilgrims, though, departing from home saves a domestic connection and the extra night it often costs.
Hotel Distance and Price by Package Tier
The table below places each tier side by side so you can see what your budget buys in Makkah and Madinah. Distances are measured from the hotel to the nearest Haram gate. Over a 28-day stay, a few hundred metres adds up to many kilometres of walking, so weigh distance as carefully as price, especially if you are travelling with elderly parents. Each range runs from the lowest to the highest priced hotel pairing in that tier, and the hotel-by-hotel breakdown follows further down the page.
| Package tier | Makkah hotel distance | Madinah hotel distance | Price range (PKR) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Economy | 700m to 1.4km, shuttle on most | 450m to 1.1km | 316,700 to 377,900 |
| Family | 250m to 1.6km | 100m to 300m | 375,000 to 438,000 |
| Near Haram | 200m to 550m | 100m to 250m | 405,200 to 558,200 |
| VIP | 0m to 150m, Haram boundary | 0m to 380m | 613,750 to 838,750 |
28 Days Economy Umrah Packages from Lahore
Economy packages keep a full month in the holy cities affordable, with prices from PKR 316,700 to 377,900. In Makkah, the hotels sit 700 metres to 1.4 kilometres from the Haram, and most run a free shuttle to the mosque for daily prayers. In Madinah, your hotel will be 450 metres to 1.1 kilometres from Masjid an-Nabawi, with Elaf Quba the closest option at 450 metres. Choose economy if you are comfortable with a short ride or a longer walk, and would rather put your budget toward a longer stay than a shorter one near the Haram.

28 Days Family Umrah Packages from Lahore
These packages pair practical Makkah hotels with Madinah hotels only 100 to 300 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi, so children and elderly parents can reach the mosque without strain for most of the trip. Prices range from PKR 375,000 to 438,000. Elaf Ajyad, Emaar Al Khalil and Johra Misfalah put you within 250 to 500 metres of the Haram in Makkah. Voco Makkah suits families who prefer a larger, newer hotel and don’t mind using its shuttle.

3 Star or 5 Star: Choosing Where You Stay for a Month
Over four weeks, hotel choice matters more than on any short trip, because you make the journey to the Haram up to five times a day for nearly a month. The table compares the two most popular choices.
| What matters on a long stay | 3 Star Umrah Package | 5 Star Umrah Package |
|---|---|---|
| Walk to the Haram | Typically 600m to 1.5km, often with a hotel shuttle | Typically on the Haram boundary to 300m |
| Daily routine | Plan around shuttle times; best for travellers with steady health | Walk out for every prayer, return to rest in minutes |
| Room and comfort | Clean, simple rooms with quad and triple sharing options | Larger rooms, Haram or city views in many properties |
| Meals | Usually not included; plenty of affordable restaurants nearby | Breakfast often included; on-site restaurants |
| Best suited to | Budget-minded pilgrims, students, young couples | Elderly parents, families with small children, pilgrims who want maximum time in the mosque |
| Price on a 28-day stay | Lower total, often half the cost of 5 star | Highest total; premium is greatest in Ramadan |
A common approach on a month-long trip is to mix the two. You can stay in a 3 star hotel in Makkah, where shuttles run frequently, and in a near-Haram hotel in Madinah, where hotels close to Masjid an-Nabawi cost less than their Makkah equivalents. See the full range on our 3 star Umrah packages from Lahore and 5 star Umrah packages from Lahore pages. You can also go further down to economy Umrah packages, or up to the VIP Umrah packages on the Haram boundary itself.
Four Weeks Are Usually Divided
Every pilgrim's plan can be adjusted, but this is the split most of our Lahore travellers choose.
| Days | Where you are | What the days are for |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 2 | Lahore to Jeddah, then Makkah | Arrival, rest, and your first Umrah in Ihram |
| 3 to 15 | Makkah | Daily prayers at Masjid al-Haram, additional Umrahs from Taneem, Ziyarat of Makkah's sacred sites |
| 16 | Makkah to Madinah | Road journey or Haramain high-speed train |
| 17 to 27 | Madinah | Prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi, Rawdah visit by Nusuk permit, Ziyarat of Quba, Uhud and Baqi |
| 28 | Madinah or Jeddah to Lahore | Return flight home |
Some families prefer to begin in Madinah and finish in Makkah, so that their last memory of the journey is the Kaaba. Tell us your preference, and we’ll book the flights and hotels to match.
Umrah Visa from Lahore complete Process
Pakistani passport holders apply for an Umrah visa through a licensed Umrah operator. The operator submits the application on Saudi Arabia’s official Nusuk system. GoTravel.pk handles this for every package we sell. Here is what happens behind the scenes, and what we need from you.
Stage One: Preparing Your Documents
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date you plan to enter Saudi Arabia, with at least two blank pages. We also need a recent digital photograph on a white background that meets Saudi specifications, a copy of your CNIC, and your mobile number and email address. For children, we need a B-form or birth certificate with their passport. The full checklist is on our Umrah visa requirements page.
Stage Two: Completing Your Vaccinations
Saudi Arabia requires every Umrah pilgrim to carry a meningococcal ACWY vaccination certificate. Travellers coming from Pakistan also need proof of polio vaccination. A seasonal flu vaccine is recommended, especially for elderly pilgrims spending a full month in crowded mosques. Get your vaccinations done at least ten days before departure so the certificates are valid when you travel.
Stage Three: Registering Hotels and Transport on Nusuk
The Saudi system will not issue an Umrah visa without confirmed accommodation and transport. Your hotels in Makkah and Madinah must be booked with Nusuk-approved properties, and your ground transport must be logged in the same system. This applies even if you have relatives in Saudi Arabia. Because we book your hotels and transport as part of the package, this stage is already taken care of.
Stage Four: Submission, Approval and Your E-Visa
Once your documents, bookings and return flight are confirmed, we submit the application. Approval usually takes five to ten working days in busy months, and sometimes less when the season is quiet. Your Umrah visa arrives electronically, and we send it to you with your flight tickets and hotel vouchers. See the current fee on our Umrah visa price page, or read the full Umrah visa from Pakistan guide.
Stage Five: Travelling Within the Season Dates
Each Umrah season has fixed closing dates set by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. For the 2026–27 season, visas are expected to be issued until 9 March 2027, with entry allowed until 23 March 2027 and all pilgrims required to leave by 7 April 2027. A 28-day stay has to fit fully inside that window, which is why we plan your dates from the end of the trip backwards.
28 Days Ramadan Package
A 28-day stay that falls in Ramadan is as close as most pilgrims will come to spending the entire holy month in the Haramain. Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin around 8 February, subject to moon sighting. That means a month-long package covers almost every fast, every Taraweeh and the last ten nights, when the search for Laylat al-Qadr fills Masjid al-Haram from wall to wall. Breaking your fast with dates and Zamzam in the courtyard of Masjid an-Nabawi is an experience pilgrims talk about for years. Ramadan is also when hotels near the Haram cost the most and sell out first, often months in advance. If Ramadan is your goal, contact us early, and see our Ramadan Umrah packages from Pakistan for shorter Ramadan stays, including last-ten-nights options.
One Month Umrah Package
A shorter trip lets you complete the rituals. A one month Umrah package lets you live with them. Elderly parents can move at a gentle pace, resting between prayers instead of hurrying through a ten-day itinerary. Pilgrims who have waited years for this journey can perform Umrah several times, on behalf of parents or loved ones who have passed away. Families can split their time so that both cities get their due, rather than treating Madinah as a short stopover. And because the airfare and visa are fixed costs, the price per night is usually lower than on a two-week package.
Flying from Lahore to Jeddah and Madinah
Allama Iqbal International Airport has direct flights to both Jeddah and Madinah. Direct routes are the most comfortable choice for elderly travellers on a long trip. Many pilgrims fly into Jeddah and out of Madinah, which saves a long road journey at the end of the month. Pilgrims who start in Madinah do the reverse. Direct flights from Lahore take around five hours. One-stop routes through the Gulf can lower the fare when dates are flexible, at the cost of a longer travel day.
