21 Days Umrah Packages by Departure City
We book 21 Days Umrah packages for pilgrims from all over Pakistan. You choose the airport nearest to you, and we arrange your flights from there, along with your visa, hotels, and transport. The hotels and itinerary can be the same wherever you start; only the airfare, and so the price, changes with your departure city. Here's a quick comparison of our main departure cities, with a link to each city's full 21-day packages.
21 Days Umrah Package from Karachi
Karachi usually has the lowest 21-day prices in Pakistan, because seven airlines fly nonstop to Jeddah and three fly direct to Madinah, including low-cost carriers. This makes it easy to start your three weeks in either holy city. See all 21-day Umrah packages from Karachi.
21 Days Umrah Package from Islamabad
Pilgrims from Islamabad have daily direct flights to Jeddah with five airlines, and direct flights to Madinah on selected days each week. Prices are slightly higher than from Karachi, but the shorter trip to the airport suits families from the north. Compare all 21-day Umrah packages.
21 Days Umrah Package from Lahore
Lahore has daily direct flights to Jeddah and some direct flights to Madinah, serving pilgrims from across central Punjab, including Kasur, Sheikhupura and Okara. It's a convenient choice for a three-week Umrah with family. View our 21-day Umrah packages from Lahore.
21 Days Umrah from Other Cities in Pakistan
Traveling from another city? We also arrange 21 Days Umrah packages for pilgrims from Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and other cities, with flights from your nearest airport. See all our Umrah packages from Pakistan, or message us on WhatsApp with your city for a written quote.
Additional Expenses during an Umrah Journey
Your package covers flights, visa, hotels, and transport, but it's wise to carry some extra money for meals, local travel, Ziyarat, and shopping. As a rough guide, budget around Rs 1,500 to 3,000 per person per day for food if meals aren't included, plus extra for gifts such as dates and prayer mats. Since costs in Saudi Arabia are paid in Saudi Riyals, check the latest PKR to SAR exchange rate before you travel, exchange some cash at an authorized exchange company in Pakistan, and keep a debit or credit card as a backup. Carry your money safely and only what you need each day.

Group or Customized Umrah Package for 21 Days:
Both options include return flights, Umrah visa, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and transport. The difference is how much flexibility you need, and how much you want to spend.
| Group 21-Day Package | Customized 21-Day Package | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Lower, because costs are shared | Higher, depending on your choices |
| Travel dates | Fixed departure dates | Dates of your choice |
| Hotels | Set by the package | Chosen by you, including closer to the Haram |
| Nights in Makkah and Madinah | Fixed split | Adjusted to your preference |
| Room sharing | Usually quad sharing | Quad, triple or double |
| Transport | Shared transport with the group | Shared, or a private car on request |
| Best for | Individuals, couples, first-time pilgrims on a budget | Families, elderly parents, pilgrims wanting more comfort |
Group 21 Days Umrah Package
A group package is the most affordable way to spend three weeks in the holy cities. Hotel and transport costs are shared between pilgrims, and everything follows a planned schedule, so there's very little to organize yourself. Many first-time pilgrims also find it reassuring to travel with others from Pakistan on the same dates. The trade-off is less choice: your departure date, hotels, and the split between Makkah and Madinah are fixed.
Customized 21 Days Umrah Package
A customized package is built around you. You choose when to travel, which hotels to stay in, how many nights to spend in each city, and whether to travel between Makkah and Madinah by shared or private transport. It costs more than a group package, but it's the better choice for families with young children, elderly parents who need rest days and short walks to the Haram, or anyone planning a 21 Days Umrah around Ramadan or school holidays.
Umrah Visa Process:
Your Umrah visa is included in every package, and our experienced team handles the complete process for you, from checking your documents to submitting your application. 21 Days Umrah Itinerary from Pakistan
Here's how a typical three-week Umrah is planned. Your exact schedule depends on your flight days and package, and some pilgrims prefer to start in Madinah instead.
Day 1: Departure from Pakistan
Fly from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or your nearest airport to Jeddah, arriving at the airport at least three hours before departure. If Makkah is your first stop, put on Ihram before boarding, as your flight crosses the Miqat before landing; the crew usually announces it so you can make your intention. After immigration, travel by road to your hotel in Makkah and rest before your Umrah.
Day 2: Your First Umrah
Perform your Umrah at Masjid al-Haram: Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, and Halq or Taqsir to complete it. The Haram is often less crowded late at night or after Fajr, which is helpful for elderly pilgrims. Spend the rest of the day in prayer and rest.
Days 3 to 7: Worship and Ziyarat in Makkah
Pray at Masjid al-Haram, read the Quran and make dua, and join the Friday prayer if it falls during your stay. If Ziyarat is part of your package, visit Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, where the first revelation came to the Prophet ﷺ; Jabal Thawr, where he sheltered during the Hijrah; and the Hajj sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah.
Day 8: Travel to Madinah
Travel to Madinah by road, a journey of around four to five hours, or by the Haramain high-speed train if you prefer a faster option. Check in near Masjid an-Nabawi and offer your first prayers at the Prophet's Mosque.
Days 9 to 14: Prayer and Ziyarat in Madinah
Spend a full week praying at Masjid an-Nabawi, at a calmer pace than in Makkah. Visit Quba Mosque, the first mosque built in Islam, where praying two rak'ahs carries a special reward; Masjid al-Qiblatain, where the direction of prayer was changed; Jannat al-Baqi; and Mount Uhud. A visit to the Rawdah needs a permit booked in advance through the Nusuk app, with separate times for men and women.
Day 15: Return to Makkah
Travel back to Makkah and settle into your hotel for the final part of your stay. If you plan to perform another Umrah on arrival, enter Ihram at the Miqat of Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali) as you leave Madinah.
Days 16 to 20: Extra Umrah and Worship
Use these days for additional Umrah if you wish, starting from Masjid Aisha (Tan'eem), the nearest Miqat point for pilgrims already in Makkah. Spend time in voluntary prayers and quiet reflection at the Haram. You can also visit the Exhibition of the Two Holy Mosques Architecture, and shop for dates, prayer mats and gifts for family at home.
Day 21: Farewell and Return to Pakistan
Many pilgrims perform a farewell Tawaf before leaving Makkah, which is recommended. Then travel to Jeddah airport for your flight home, allowing plenty of time for check-in. If you're bringing Zamzam water, check your airline's allowance before you pack.
Book Your 21 Day Umrah Package for 2027 in Advance
Booking your 21-day Umrah package for 2027 early saves you money and gives you peace of mind. Prices rise steadily as Ramadan gets closer, and Ramadan 2027, expected from around 8 February to 8 March, is the most expensive time of the year. Right now, it's still easy to reserve rooms in hotels near the Haram. If you book late, those hotels are often full, so you may end up paying more for a hotel further away and spending extra time every day waiting for shuttle buses to and from the Haram.
